Non-refundable, with one exception.
All fees paid to JBYSY are non-refundable once a Service has been accessed or a Report has been generated. Reports are structured conversation tools, not guaranteed outcomes — dissatisfaction with the content, findings, or CRI score is not grounds for a refund. The sole exception is a Verified System Failure. See Terms of Service §11 for the full clause.
A technical failure attributable solely to the platform prevents You from accessing or completing an Assessment for which payment has been received; and
You have reported the failure to support@jbysy.com within 14 days of the payment date, with account details and supporting evidence; and
The failure has not been resolved within 72 hours of Your report; and
The failure has been confirmed by an independent technical review (where the internal review is disputed).
Where confirmed, We will provide — at Our reasonable election — a full refund of the affected fee or an equivalent access credit. Refunds are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
Counsellor Dashboard Subscriptions are annual and non-refundable on activation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period with no pro-rata refund.
